Michelle Lees currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Services & Customer Support at EcoOnline Global, a leading SaaS company focused on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Chemical Safety solutions. Prior to joining EcoOnline in January 2023, Michelle held various roles at Alcumus, including VP of Software Operations & Support and Head of Business Improvement, where responsibilities encompassed risk management and operational excellence across multiple divisions. Michelle's earlier experience at Carillion involved strategic leadership in innovation and project management within the construction sector. Additionally, Michelle began a career in recruitment, working as a consultant and account manager for Barker Ross and Creyf’s (UK) Ltd, contributing to the development of recruitment services in key regions.
