Nick Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and commercial leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at EcoOnline Global since January 2023, Nick’s background includes roles such as Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at Alcumus and Director of Customer Success at Enable, where Nick established a quota-owning customer success team.
