They have held roles such as Director of Operations at Ecoopia, Senior Program Manager at PCB Technologies Ltd., Project & Operation Manager at PALRAM Industries, and Sales & Business Development Manager at Shacz SA. Throughout their career, Niv has demonstrated skills in overseeing global operations, managing manufacturing and supply chain, implementing operational strategies, and leading project teams. They have also been involved in driving project life cycles, resource planning, material planning, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Niv has a strong track record of achieving exceptional results, increasing production, reducing operational costs, and enhancing sales management.

Niv Haver completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain & Logistic from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College between 2015 and 2018. Niv then pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Haifa between 2020 and 2022.
