Wanjiru .A. Joseph

Wanjiru A. Joseph has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. In 2004, they started their career as a Program Officer at Community Health Care of Kenya - N.G.O. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant at First Custodian. They then served as a Human Resource Officer at Crescent Telkom from 2009 to 2010. Wanjiru joined Tangaza Money Transfer in 2011 as an H.R Manager and later moved to Omega Risk Management in 2013 as an H.R & Admin Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Manager - Customer Service and Human Resource at Foresight Interiors. In 2016, they joined Cytonn Investments as a Human Resource Associate and held various roles until 2020, including Senior Human Resource Associate, Assistant Human Resource Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, Wanjiru is working as the Head of Talent at Ecosafi, the Better Cooking Company, a position they started in February 2022.
