Muhammad Ikram Nasution is an experienced environmental professional with a background in ecological management and oceanography. Currently serving as an NBS Carbon Analyst at ecosecurities, Muhammad manages forest carbon project design and feasibility studies in West Kalimantan, undertakes GHG accounting using various methodologies, and conducts policy research on climate change and carbon trading. Previous roles include Blue Carbon Emission Analyst at Conservation International, where Muhammad enhanced emission reduction efforts and developed strategies for sustainable wetland management. Additional experience encompasses marine monitoring, statistical analysis on coral bleaching, and various roles in water quality management, showcasing a diverse skill set in marine ecology and environmental conservation. Muhammad holds an MSc in Ecological Management and Conservation Biology from Queen's University Belfast and a B.Sc. in Oceanography from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
