Wesley Dochnahl

Wesley Dochnahl has over 20 years of experience in the lighting industry. Wesley is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Ecosense since 2013. In this role, they manage new product launches, oversees the entire product lifecycle, and leads the Technical Support Team to resolve field issues.

Before Ecosense, Wesley worked as a Product Development Manager at Tempo LED Lighting from 2011 to 2013. During their tenure, they managed a team of engineers and collaborated with the CTO to implement a "No factory in the field" product development strategy. Wesley also gained experience as a Design Engineer at Lightolier from 1999 to 2004, working on the design and development of linear fluorescent lighting systems.
