Tony Acland

Tony Acland is an experienced professional in the hospitality and maritime industries, currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at ecostore since April 2021 and as General Manager at Eagles Nest since November 2019. Acland previously held leadership roles including Director for the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association and General Manager at Captain Cook Cruises Fiji Ltd. As Managing Director of Taveuni Palms Resort, Acland demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing operational procedures across various resort functions. Early career experiences include serving as Second Officer with Windstar Cruises and roles with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, where Acland honed skills in high-pressure environments. Acland holds a Higher National Diploma in nautical science from Warsash Maritime College.
