María José Rodríguez

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on promoting organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to the education sector as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
