Adele Kendall

Adele Kendall has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Adele'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Ecotricity, starting in February 2022. Before that, they held the role of Head of Human Resources at Ecotricity starting in October 2019. Prior to their time at Ecotricity, Adele worked at UNITE Group plc from March 2013 to May 2019, where they served as the Reward and People Services Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering the people strategy and ensuring compliance with governance and legislation. Adele also worked at Brandon Trust as a Regional HR Manager from November 2012 to March 2013, providing support and advice on various aspects of people management. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at UNITE Modular Solutions as the Human Resources Manager. In this position, they had full responsibility for the company's HR agenda and strategic plan. Adele's earlier work experience includes positions at MAKRO Hellas as a Human Resources Officer from August 2003 to September 2006 and at The Gift Company as a Human Resources Manager from July 1997 to August 2003.

Adele Kendall obtained a BA Hons degree in Retail Management from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, which they completed between 1994 and 1997. Prior to this, they completed their A levels in English, Media Studies, and French at Newtown High School from 1992 to 1994. Adele also completed their GCSEs at Newtown High School from 1990 to 1992, achieving 11 Grade C and above, including English and Math.
