Đặng Minh Ngọc

Đặng Minh Ngọc has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as a Credit Officer at Public Bank until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a CEO Assistant at Better Living - Life Coaching & Training Center. In 2015, they became an HR & GA Manager at Aliat Legal, a position they held until 2017. That same year, they joined aroma as the Chief Representative Officer but left in November. In 2018, they joined Cask - Professional Coaching Network, initially serving as an HR Manager until 2019 when they became the Acting Chief Operation Officer until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Organizational Development Manager at Flexidata. The most recent position is as an HR Manager at EcoTruck - Ecosystem for Trucking, which they started in March 2022.

Đặng Minh Ngọc completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Linguistics and Literatures from the UNIVERSITY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES (USSH) between 2003 and 2007. From 2009 to 2011, Ngọc pursued another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Finance and Banking, from the University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. In 2017, Ngọc received a Certificate in Chief Human Resources Officer from PACE Institute of Management.

In addition to these degrees, Ngọc also obtained several certifications. In 2020, Ngọc completed the "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Ngọc also earned certifications in "Asking Great Sales Questions" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in the same year.
