Rafael Baeza Vigil

Rafael Baeza Vigil currently serves as the Head of the Enterprise Project Management Office at EcoVadis, a position held since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at NIC Argentina, where significant projects included migrating the core management system for a major government agency and implementing a business intelligence initiative. At Codabox, co-founded and served as CEO, focusing on strategy and product management, while also reaching over 40 clients. Earlier roles consist of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Codamation, overseeing daily operations, product positioning, and the development of payment solutions. Further experience includes founding Develaris, serving as a Software Development Manager and Architect at Codamation, and holding various technical roles in software development. Rafael Baeza Vigil holds an MBA from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and completed an exchange program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a degree in Information Technology Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
