Harvey de Hardt-Kaffils

Harvey de Hardt-Kaffils currently serves as a Communication Consultant at the ECOWAS Commission since January 2022 and has been the Chairman & CEO of IMPACT Communication since September 2020, focusing on high-quality communication and marketing services. Prior to these roles, Harvey held positions including Communication, Advocacy & Knowledge Management Specialist for the West African Health Organization, where consulting included World Bank projects, as well as BCC & Advocacy Officer at FHI360. Harvey's earlier experience includes serving as IEC/BCC Communication Specialist at the Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Organization and Marketing & Communications Specialist at AWARE-HIV/AIDS. Harvey holds a Postgraduate degree in Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester.
