Zack Schmidt

Zack Schmidt is a seasoned professional in the water treatment and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at EcoWater Systems LLC since June 2022. In this role, Zack is responsible for establishing innovation strategies, creating three-year roadmaps, and launching multiple products annually. Previously, Zack held various engineering management positions at EcoWater Systems, including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, where leadership of cross-functional teams and driving innovation strategies were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at Pentair Water Quality Systems as Engineering Senior Supervisor and Supervisor, and at GEA Group and 3M in engineering and project roles. Zack holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, as well as a Fintech Certification from the University of Minnesota.
