Paddy Siliacus

Paddy Siliacus is an experienced professional in the offshore wind and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Contract Manager for WTG Offshore Wind at Ecowende since June 2023. Previously, Paddy held the position of Supply Chain Lead Offshore Wind at Shell and served in various project management and contract management roles at Windunie from 2018 to 2022, overseeing procurement and construction for multiple wind projects. Paddy has also worked as a Regional Account Manager at IHC IQIP, focusing on offshore wind and oil and gas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Policy, Communication and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Sales Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool.
