Maik Preußer

Maik Preußer has a diverse work experience with a strong background in building services and project management. Maik is currently serving as the Head of Building Services at ecoworks GmbH since September 2022, where they previously held the position of Teamlead Building Services starting from July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Deerns as a Projektleitung/Account-Manager from October 2018 to June 2021. Maik also served as the Fachbereichsleitung/Head of Department at Weber & Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft für technische Gesamtplanung mbH from December 2017 to September 2018, and as a Projektleitung/Account-Manager from October 2014 to December 2017. Maik Preußer has also gained valuable experience at IMJ Ingenieurgesellschaft für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik mbH as a Projektleitung/Account-Manager in 2014, at HPI Himmen Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG as a Projektleitung from December 2013 to April 2014, and at Maik Preußer Ingenieurdienstleistungen where they served as the Inhaber from August 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at sic architekten GmbH as a Projektleitung/Account-Manager for the period of January 2011 to July 2011, at IFTG Faxel + Partner in planning and project management for October 2010 to December 2010, and at Weber & Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft für technische Gesamtplanung mbH in Projektmanagement and Projektleitung Technische Beratung from December 2005 to September 2010.

From 2002 to 2009, Maik Preußer studied at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. During this time, they obtained a degree known as Diplom Ingenieur FH in the field of Versorgungs- und Entsorgungstechnik, with a specialization in Technische Gebäudeausrüstung.
