JAISON JOHNS

Jaison Johns has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. JAISON currently works at Ecozen as the Head of Sales, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Business Development Lead at Ecozen from April 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Ecozen, Jaison worked as an Executive Assistant at the same company from December 2018 to April 2020.

Before their time at Ecozen, Jaison gained valuable experience at Larsen & Toubro, where they held various positions in the Business Development department. JAISON served as the Manager of Business Development from January 2017 to November 2018 and as the Assistant Manager of Business Development from November 2013 to December 2016.

Jaison also worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Asian Heart Institute and Research Center in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overall monitoring and administration of operations, streamlining and implementing processes, and designing performance evaluation metrics.

Additionally, Jaison has experience working as an Autumn Intern at Schlumberger in 2012 and as a Summer Intern at Mountain Forum Himalayas, Himachal Pradesh, in the same year.

Their early career includes a position as a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, Heavy Engineering, from August 2007 to June 2011. In this role, they were involved in mechanical design, design release, and material planning of high-pressure equipment for the oil and gas industry, as well as preparing technical proposals for presales.

Overall, Jaison Johns has a well-rounded work history, with experience in sales, business development, executive assistance, and engineering roles in various industries.

Jaison Johns attended Carmel Academy EMHSS from 1988 to 2001 and obtained a 10th-grade degree. JAISON then attended LEO XIII th HSS from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a 12th-grade degree in Science. Jaison further pursued their education at the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 2003 to 2007, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, Jaison attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, where they obtained a PGDM degree with a focus on Operations.
