Stephen Lewis

Stephen Lewis, M.Ed. MPA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Manager of Learning Design at Bon Secours Mercy Health since August 2020, while also holding the position of Learning Design Consultant. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at ECPI University, Stephen instructs a Career Orientation Seminar and has previously taught various courses at Stratford University, including Principles of Management and Human Resource Management, from May 2018 to October 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bank of America Merchant Services as Vice President of Leadership Development, consulting at Dollar Tree Stores in Leadership and Organizational Development, and multiple positions in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2016. Stephen holds three master’s degrees from Lamar University and American Military University, and a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
