Bob Shea

Bob Shea has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC industry. Bob currently serves as the Executive Director of Sales at ECR International, where they manage the sales and marketing operation of 4 independent rep agencies in the New York / New Jersey market. Prior to this role, Bob was the Regional Manager at ECR International, where they successfully developed and implemented regional business plans to introduce new products and expand corporate breadth. Bob also served as the Director of Marketing and Sales at General Utilities from 1998 to 2005, and as a Territory Manager at Weil-McLain from 1994 to 1998, where they were responsible for major account management in the New York Metropolitan area.

Bob Shea attended St. Bonaventure University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a BBA degree with a focus on Marketing.
