Michael Pachol

Michael Pachol has extensive experience in IT and administrative roles, currently serving as a System Administrator at ECR International since November 2006, where responsibilities include the planning, coordination, purchasing, installation, and support of a wide range of hardware and software for approximately 450 devices used by 135 employees. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician at the same company, performing similar duties. Before joining ECR International, Michael was an Assistant Store Manager at Dunn Tire from June 2001 to November 2006, overseeing personnel hiring, supply ordering, payroll, training, and safety, as well as managing tire shipments. Michael holds an A.A.S. degree in Computer Repair Technology from Erie Community College, completed between 1999 and 2002.
