Christopher B. is an experienced watershed ecologist and associate project manager at Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. since April 2023, also serving as a management team member for the Community Adaptation Learning Exchange since July 2022. Christopher has held various positions, including adjunct professor at Macomb Community College and wildlife habitat certification reviewer for the Wildlife Habitat Council. Previously, Christopher was an ecological security fellow for The Council on Strategic Risks and managed the WaterTowns® initiative as a watershed planner for the Clinton River Watershed Council. With a background as an environmental specialist at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and experience as a post-doctoral soil scientist with USDA-ARS, Christopher has contributed to significant environmental projects and research, earning a Ph.D. in Forestry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Eastern Illinois University and Wayne State University, respectively.
