Darin Brinkman

Darin Brinkman has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Darin is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at ECU Health. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BioAgilytix. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. Darin also has experience at Cielo Talent, where they held the position of Client Services Director. Darin has worked as the Recruiting Director for the Americas at INC Research and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at UNC Health Care. Additionally, Darin has experience as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Merck & Co. Inc. and as the Program Director/Client Services Manager at Kenexa.

Darin Brinkman holds a BA in Russian Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
