Chirag Shrivastava has extensive experience in the field of ecommerce logistics. Chirag is currently serving as the Head of E-commerce Logistics at ECU Worldwide, where they manage end-to-end ecommerce operations for clients, including cross-border movements and fulfillment center establishment. Prior to this, Chirag held various roles at Gati Limited, where they successfully led the transformational project of implementing an asset light ecommerce model. Chirag achieved significant business growth and managed a vast network of warehouses, vehicles, and transshipment centers. Chirag also held advisory board positions at the University of Richmond and The George Washington University. Chirag began their career as a Management Trainee at LafargeHolcim, where they gained experience in supply chain management.
Chirag Shrivastava completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from COEP Technological University from 2008 to 2012. Chirag then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they obtained another MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from NEOMA Business School in 2014. Chirag also holds several certifications, including ESG Governance from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management 4.0 from the Confederation of Indian Industry, W.E.S Accredited Credentials from Worldwide Education Services (WES), and SIX SIGMA (Green Belt) from KPMG India.
