Vijesh Bharwada

Vijesh Bharwada has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vijesh is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Middle East & Africa region at ECU Worldwide since 2018. Prior to this, Vijesh worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Samsara Group from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they held multiple roles at Damco (Maersk Group) including Head of Human Resources for the Middle East Area from 2014 to 2017, and Assistant General Manager of Human Resources from 2008 to 2014. Vijesh also worked as a Manager of Human Resources at CRISIL from 2007 to 2008. Vijesh'searly career started as a Business Manager at Manpower India Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully led the ITeS & Financial recruitment operations.

Vijesh Bharwada holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce at Smt Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai, in 2001. Vijesh also has additional certifications, including International Position Evaluation by Mercer, Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 from Intertek, and Predictive Index from The Predictive Index.
