Bob Fischer

Bob Fischer has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on operations, labor relations, and field HR. Bob served as the SR Director People Services at Ecumen since 2014. Prior to that, they held the positions of HR Director/VP of Field HR at The MENTOR Network from 2010 to 2013. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Human Resource Manager and HR Manager at Applebee's, including roles at Applebee's International Inc. and Applebee's Services. Bob also served as the HR Director at North Central Food Systems from 1995 to 2000 and as a Labor Relations Rep at WDW from 1985 to 1995.

Bob Fischer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Bob also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
