Shuyang Rakov

Shuyang Rakov is a co-founder of Homes Plus Network LLC and co-owner of eCuras, specializing in real estate investment and IT project management, respectively. With over six years in real estate, Shuyang focuses on building a diverse portfolio of cashflow income rental properties. In the IT sector, Shuyang has a strong emphasis on web design, development, and SEO, consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Shuyang's early career includes design roles at notable fashion companies, including design assistant positions at Jude Connally Clothing and Marc Jacobs, as well as internships at DVF, The Donna Karan Company, and Alexander Wang Inc. Shuyang holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design and a Bachelor's degree in Literature from The New School, attained between 2012 and 2017.
