Patricia Miranda-Sloan

Patricia Miranda-Sloan has held a variety of roles in the field of organizational psychology. Patricia began their career in 1985 as a Regional Director at McGraw-Hill Higher Education. In 1995, they were recruited by the president of CPP, Inc. to create and lead the consultant service division as National Director of Sales. In 2010, they established Miranda-Sloan Performance Consulting as a Human Capital Development Consultant. Additionally, they are a Senior Consultant with Executive Development Associates/Pearson TalentLens, delivering multiple critical thinking and leadership-related programs. Since 2013, they have been a Certification Program Delivery Faculty at the American Management Association. Most recently, they have been a Practitioner Certification Senior Faculty for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) at the Center for the Application of Psychological Type (CAPT).

Patricia Miranda-Sloan holds a Masters in Science from New York University in Applied Psychology/Organizational Development, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Stony Brook University in Applied Psychology. Patricia is additionally certified as a MBTI Certified Master Practicioner.
