Paul Redshaw

Paul Redshaw has extensive work experience in various management positions in the telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Paul started their career at Marconi and held roles such as Delivery Manager and New Projects Introduction. Paul then joined telent where they worked as an Account Manager, Account Director, Head of Vendor Sales, and General Manager. In 2014, they joined Rainford Solutions as a Sales and Marketing Director. Currently, they are the Managing Director at both EDAC (Europe) Ltd and EDAC Connectors, where they lead a team in the interconnect solutions industry.

Paul Redshaw attended Solihull Sixth Form College from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, they studied Telecommunications with Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Coventry Technical College, focusing on Telecommunications Engineering.
