Abdul Rasheed

Abdul Rasheed is an experienced engineer specializing in network operations, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an Engineer in the International Network Operations Center at edara since November 2015, Abdul Rasheed provides ISP engineering and product support to global business customers, possessing strong knowledge in Network Management. Previous roles include Network Engineer at Dicetek LLC in Dubai, where responsibilities included the provisioning of Voice/Data services and providing first-level support for troubleshooting, and Technical Service Engineer at Astrix Technologies Pvt Ltd, where design and implementation of small office networks were conducted. Abdul Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, and completed Senior Secondary Level School in Science at SEMRS.
