Diana Franco

Diana Franco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in women's economic empowerment and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President Initiatives for Women.NYC at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since February 2022, Franco leads initiatives aimed at supporting women in the business sector. As a Co-Founder and Director of Operations at CoreWoman since 2016, Franco focuses on enhancing women's economic capacity and gender equality. Previous roles include Executive Director for WE NYC and Launch Initiatives at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, where oversight of the official initiative to empower women entrepreneurs was a key responsibility. Additionally, Franco has founded and led various business ventures, including Grenout and Kactoos Group, leveraging their expertise in strategy and operations to support technology and digital companies in the US.
