Jeffery A Stevens

Jeffery A Stevens has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jeffery A began their career as a Senior Computer Technician at J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. in 1998, where they performed a variety of support services and provided advice to end users and junior level positions. Jeffery A later took on the role of Network Administrator, where they supported the entire enterprise, diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues, and managed the technology infrastructure. Jeffery then became an Infrastructure Engineer at the same company, where they created and maintained the IT infrastructure and trained others on technical skills.

In 2015, Jeffery joined Associated Bank as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer III. In this role, they managed networks, implemented backup and recovery solutions, integrated hardware and software, and performed troubleshooting. Jeffery A supported the design, deployment, and management of IT equipment and played a key role in maintaining IT systems.

Most recently, in 2020, Jeffery joined EDCi as a Senior System Engineer. In this position, they researched, designed, built, and deployed IT infrastructures and backup solutions. Jeffery A also developed relationships with customers and vendors and resolved challenges during project implementation.

Jeffery A Stevens obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Associated Schools, Inc. from 1986 to 1988. In 2005, they received certifications in Wide Area Networking and Wireless Networking Security from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Department of Business and Management. In 2012, Jeffery attended the Oracle SQL School and obtained a certification in Oracle Imaging and Process Management 11g: Administration. Jeffery A also holds additional certifications, including Cooper B-Line from GrayBar in 2012, Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) from Cisco in 2000, and A+ Service Technician from Microsoft in 1998.
