Matthew Pfluger has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Matthew currently works as a Sr. Solutions Architect at EDCi since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Financial and Technology Officer at AMP Hobby LLC, where they managed the company's operations and sales on eBay. Matthew also worked as an Independent Contractor as a WIAA Varsity & NCAA Division 3 Men's Basketball Official, officiating basketball games and maintaining active membership in officials' associations. Matthew has also held positions in companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Athletix.us, Banker's Bank, Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, Excelion Partners, Jewelers Mutual Group, and Plexus, where they worked as a Systems Architect, Full-stack IoT/Cloud Developer, President, Lead Developer, IoT Developer, and Senior Web Developer, respectively. Their responsibilities included architecting and developing applications, producing documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting various software systems.

Matthew Pfluger began their education by attending the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2003 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they continued their studies in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. From 2006 to 2007, Matthew attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they further specialized in Mechanical Engineering and obtained a BS degree.

Aside from their educational pursuits, Matthew also obtained several certifications. In August 2007, they became a WIAA Master Level Basketball Official, certified by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. In July 2012, they obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the State of Wisconsin, Department of Safety and Professional Services. Lastly, in December 2017, Matthew received the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
