Andrew Olson, Ed.D.

Andrew Olson, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Andrew currently serves as a Director of Middle Schools in the Volusia County School District. In addition, they work as a part-time Consultant/Coach at EdConnective, where they provide coaching and support to principals, assistant principals, and math teachers nationwide. Andrew has also worked as an Executive Development Program Facilitator for the National Institute for School Leadership, focusing on facilitating cohorts in Florida. Prior to this, they worked for Hillsborough County Public Schools, where they served as a School Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher.

Andrew Olson, Ed.D. obtained their Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Program Innovation with a Focus on Turnaround Leadership from the University of South Florida in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Education - MEd degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the same university in 2008. Andrew completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College in 2000.
