Ed Schwartz

Ed Schwartz has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Ed is currently the Managing Director at EDDIE BLACK GROUP, a corporate restaurant and catering management company. Prior to this, they were the President & COO of Real Brands, a beverage manufacturer. Ed has also served as the CEO of Sauce Concepts and Eddie Black Food Group, LLC. In their early career, they were a Sales Manager for J&J Snack Foods. Ed Schwartz is a highly accomplished and respected leader in the food and beverage industry.

Ed Schwartz completed an Associate of Arts at LA Culinary School in the field of Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
