Fred J. Gore currently serves as General Manager at Platinum Restaurant Group, Inc., overseeing operations for Eddie Merlot's, a growing chain specializing in USDA Prime Steaks and Seafood. Since July 2012, Fred has contributed to expanding the brand's presence in the Chicago market and beyond. As Owner and Managing Partner of Hospitality Development Group, LLC since February 2009, Fred offers expertise spanning from multinational corporations to local eateries, managing construction phases for large, full-service restaurants. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Gibsons Restaurant Group and Levy Restaurants. Fred earned a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Knox College.
