Chelsey (Ramos) Sperry SHRM-CP

Chelsey (Ramos) Sperry SHRM-CP has had a varied and extensive work experience. Chelsey began their career in 2009 at The Pizza Factory as a hostess and server, and was promoted to Manager in 2011. In 2012, Chelsey began volunteering at the Sunshine Heroes Foundation, where they were responsible for the registration of 200 participants and organizing the layout of the service project for the news crews. In 2013, Chelsey began working for the Brigham Young University Athletic Department as an Event Manager, where they were responsible for organizing the game schedule, supervising 10-20 event staff, and problem solving issues that arose with the game, fans, and tickets. In 2016, Chelsey joined Tesani Companies as the Director of HR + Culture, where they oversaw the human resources department, payroll, recruiting, and all company events. In 2020, they joined EddyHR as the Director of HR + Culture, where they helped businesses help people with payroll, ATS, HRIS, time tracking, PTO, onboarding, offboarding, e-signatures, reporting, and performance management.

Chelsey (Ramos) Sperry SHRM-CP obtained their Recreation Management degree with an emphasis in Experience Management from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in 2016. Chelsey also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
