James Selu

James Selu, CFP®, CBDA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. James started their career as a Paralegal at the Credit attorney Law Firm in 2005 and worked there until 2007. In 2008, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Vice President and Senior Account Executive, where they gained valuable experience for seven years. Since 2015, James has been working as the Director of Financial Planning at Edelman Financial Engines.

James Selu, CFP®, CBDA graduated from Brigham Young University in 2007, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in International Relations with a focus on Economics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cottonwood Highschool, receiving a high school diploma in 2002. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the RIADAC Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets® from the RIA Digital Assets Council in 2021. James is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®).
