Lee Antone

Lee has more than 25 years of experience deeply rooted in the financial services industry as In-house counsel at a number of notable firms and on the regulatory side with both the SEC and FINRA. At Financial Engines, Lee is responsible for company wide legal, compliance, regulatory and corporate governance functions.

Having worked in regulatory oversight early in his career, Lee has a keen appreciation for a strong standard of care to protect investors, and Financial Engines was one of the few firms that built their business model around independence. Since the founding, Financial Engines has always acted in the best interests of clients, and under Lee’s leadership and extensive experience, we remain dedicated to meeting fiduciary duty every day.

Prior to joining us, Lee held senior leadership roles at Columbia Management Group, LPL Financial Services, ING, and worked as an attorney with both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Lee earned his B.A. and J.D. from The Catholic University of America and an L.L.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
