Marie Deane

Marie Deane, MBA, CCP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Manager of Compensation at Edelman Financial Engines since January 2022. Previously, Marie held senior management roles at Iron Mountain and DST Systems, where responsibilities included consulting on compensation matters for various HR and leadership stakeholders, managing performance and merit cycles, and participating in high-level projects such as job architecture. Earlier career positions included roles at Boston Financial Data Services, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Nextel Communications.
