Wei-Yin Hu

Wei-Yin Hu has a diverse work experience in the financial research field. Wei-Yin started their career as an Associate at Cambridge Energy Research Associates in 1988 and worked there until 1990. Wei-Yin then joined UCLA as an Assistant Professor of Economics from 1994 to 2000. In 2000, they began working at Financial Engines, where they held several roles including Senior Research Associate, Manager of Financial Research, and Director of Financial Research until 2013. Wei-Yin later joined Edelman Financial Engines in 2014 as Vice President of Financial Research, where they currently work.

Wei-Yin Hu earned their A.B. degree in Economics from Stanford University in 1988. Wei-Yin then went on to complete their Ph.D. in Economics at Stanford University in 1994.
