Bettina Elsener

Bettina Elsener has extensive experience in product and service development, fundraising, and account management across various industries. Currently serving in Product & Service Development at Edelweiss since September 2023, Bettina previously worked as a Projektmanager Fundraising for the Zurich Film Festival and held the position of Senior Key Account Manager Travel at DeinDeal AG. With a decade-long tenure at Flughafen Zürich AG, Bettina excelled in roles such as Sales Manager Advertising & Promotion and Partnership & Sponsoring. Earlier career highlights include key account management at Tourism Trend Media GmbH, service management for the Swiss Raiffeisen banks, and leadership as Geschäftsführerin at Pizza – Blitz Franchising. Bettina began their career as an Event Assistant at the Olympisches Komitee. Educationally, Bettina is pursuing a CAS in Sustainable Innovation at ZHAW School of Management and Law and holds an eidg. dipl. in Tourism from the Internationale Schule für Tourismus.
