Nadav J. Regev

Nadav J. Regev has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nadav J. began their career at Timo Restaurant, where they held the role of FOH Supervisor and Expeditor from June 2009 to March 2012. Following that, they joined One Bal Harbor Resort & Spa as a Food and Beverage Manager, responsible for managing the department and introducing healthy snack options for restricted diets.

In 2013, Nadav ventured into entrepreneurship and founded 3i Distribution LLC, a distribution and retail company focused on providing healthy and organic snacks and beverages. Nadav J. managed all aspects of the business, including logistics, product testing, sales and marketing, and operations of vending machines in South Florida.

Nadav then took on a role as a Restaurant Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where they led general operations for two outlets and acted as a liaison between the consultant and the hotel property to launch a new venture.

Nadav J. further expanded their expertise in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, overseeing the operations of the restaurant.

In 2018, Nadav joined Hillstone Restaurant Group as an Operations Manager, a position they held until 2021. There, they managed operations and contributed to the overall success of the group.

Currently, Nadav is the Director of Business Operations at Eden Green Technology. Nadav J. successfully led the implementation of a specialized ERP system for vertical farming and is now responsible for managing a high-performing team in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management. Additionally, they oversee multiple capital projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline.

Nadav J. Regev pursued their education from 2008 to 2009 at Florida Atlantic University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Nadav J. then enrolled at Florida International University from 2010 to 2012, where they successfully completed their degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Hospitality Administration and Management.
