Gen Johnson

Gen Johnson is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and education. Currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Liaison at Eden Senior Care, LLC since July 2021, Gen previously worked as a Recruiter at Advantage xPO and as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at Air Wisconsin Airlines, where responsibilities included the recruitment of flight attendants and management-level positions. Prior experience also includes a role as a Recruitment & Retention Specialist and Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, focusing on the MSE graduate program and adult education. Gen holds a Master of Science in Adult Education/Professional Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
