Ovidiu Birsa

Ovidiu Birsa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ovidiu started their career at Orange as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative at Zile și Nopți before joining Edenred Romania. At Edenred Romania, they held multiple positions, including Telesales Consultant, Team Leader Telesales, and Telesales Manager. Ovidiu played a significant role in reshaping the team organization and improving monitoring tools and quality of work. In 2017, they joined Edenred as the National Sales Manager and eventually became the National Merchants Manager. In this role, they focused on managing and developing the merchants' acceptance network, adapting the team's organization to digitalization, and leading the development of new social product networks. Ovidiu also played a key role in the smooth transition and integration of the Benefit Platform. Currently, they are the Sales Director at Edenred Romania.

From 2008 to 2011, Ovidiu Birsa pursued a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Romania Jobs.
