Soreya Mokhtari

Soreya Mokhtari is a Lead User Researcher at Edenred since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in user research and design. Previously, Soreya held the role of Lead of User Research at OUI.sncf from June 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of four researchers, mentoring, and overseeing multiple UX projects across various products such as OUIsncf and RailEurope. Prior roles include UX Designer at OUIsncf, Ergonomist & CRO at Kameleoon, and Ergonomist at Air France. Soreya holds a Master’s degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from Université de Rouen.
