Kim Stockdale

Kim Stockdale is currently serving as the Head of Legal for Nuclear Decommissioning and Transfer at EDF. Prior to this, Kim held various legal positions at EDF, Womble Bond Dickinson, Centrica, Siemens plc, Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Kim has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, debt financing transactions, and providing legal advice to senior management teams. In previous roles, Kim has led teams and provided legal counsel in both the energy and finance sectors.
