Marguerite Moleux

Marguerite Moleux is currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development at EDF (UK) since September 2023 and has been a Counsellor for Health, Labour and Social Policies at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom since April 2019. Previously, Marguerite held the position of General Secretary and Group HRD at Le Monde from August 2017 to April 2019, and worked as a Consultant at Insigniam, which specializes in innovation consulting, from May 2016 to July 2017. Marguerite's notable experience also includes serving as Senior Adviser to the Minister for International Affairs at the French Ministry of Labour from October 2014 to September 2015, and various roles at Danone between June 2011 and October 2014, including Head of HR for the Sales Division. Additionally, Marguerite was a faculty member at Sciences Po from September 2008 to June 2011 and a member of the Inspectorate General for Social Affairs from April 2007 to May 2011. Educational background includes degrees from ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration, Ecole normale supérieure, and Sciences Po with a focus on Public Affairs and Ancient Greek.
