Richard O'Neill has extensive experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Service Level Manager at EDF Energy since January 2010. In this role, Richard O'Neill is accountable for operational IT services, focusing on stakeholder management with senior customers and the negotiation of Service Level Agreements. Prior to this, Richard O'Neill held the position of Head of Customer Service in the Nuclear sector at British Energy from April 2007 to January 2010 and worked as a Business Solutions Manager.
