Tom Abbott

Tom Abbott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly with EDF (UK) since September 2011. Currently serving as the Director of PPA, Tom leads the firm's PPA origination and service teams, positioning EDF as the largest renewable power offtaker in Great Britain. Previously, Tom held several senior managerial roles, overseeing teams focused on sales, marketing, product development, digital strategy, and process improvements, as well as managing relationships with major generation customers. Tom's career began with a Petroleum Engineering internship at BP, complemented by an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London.
