Head Of Broker Dealer Operations at ED&F Man Capital Markets

Harry Paschalidis started their career in 1995 at Greenwich Capital Markets in Operations. Harry worked in various areas within Operations, including Dealership Support, Trading Assistant, Security Settlements, and Cash Management. Greenwich Capital was eventually purchased by RBS, where Harry continued their career. Harry worked at RBS Markets & International Banking from 2008 to 2010, managing Derivatives Operations in the US. Harry then joined Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2010, where they served as Managing Director in charge of Middle Office areas such as Mortgage and Asset Backed, Dealership, Credit, Securitizations, Repo, Currencies, Rates, and Credit Derivatives. In 2018, Harry joined ED&F Man Capital Markets as the Head of Broker Dealer Operations.

Harry Paschalidis attended the Columbia Business School from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
