Somanshu Jend

Somanshu Jend has extensive experience in finance and trading, currently serving as a Rates Relative Value Trader at DV Securities since 2024. Prior to this role, Somanshu worked at ED&F Man Capital Markets from 2018 to 2024 in the Interest Rates Sales & Brokerage Group, focusing on USD Swaps, Futures, Options, and Cash Securities. Somanshu founded and led analytics and product development at ProtegeUR from 2017 to 2018, enhancing career decision-making through deep-learning algorithms. Previous positions include management at Bank of America in Prime Brokerage, a managerial role in Asset Management Advisory at PwC, and KYC leadership at J.P. Morgan. Somanshu has also held roles in portfolio management and research at TIAA-CREF, trading technology at Rosenblatt Securities, project management for major financial institutions at Polaris Financial Technology, and early career development with HCL Technologies.
